Kelly Hudson Founder of FLY Kimonos has been a fashionista since the mid 80’s. Kelly assisted Australian Celebrity Designer Richard Tyler in his early rise to fame. In the 90's he was the head designer of Anne Klein, which inspired the launch of his award-winning men’s and women’s clothing line.
FLY Kimonos kicked off the Kimono trend at New York Fashion Week in 2015. Shortly thereafter, many celebrities have been seen rocking FLY Kimonos. For instance, TMZ spotted entertainer & mogul Sean "Puff Daddy" Combs at the 2016 Bad Boy Family Reunion Finale where he shouted out FLY Kimonos on Noire International radio, proclaiming that he rocks FLY Kimonos around the world. Kelly likes to attest that wearing his Kimono has truly been an inspiration to Mr. Diddy, and after being #wrappedinlove, he has since become "Brother Love."
FLY Kimonos made its way on to multi-platinum and multi-Grammy Award Winner Beyonces’s official “The Formation World Tour” page. Additionally, 2-time Grammy Award Winner Anderson .Paak has been seen in a stylish FLY Kimono, and the legendary rapper Snoop Dogg received a custom cannabis print FLY Kimono during his 2017 Tour. FLY Kimonos has been featured in media publicity content on multi-Grammy Award Winner Erykah Badu's social pages, as well as seen on musical artist and international model "Prince Syc" in his VIBE interview "The Art of Collaboration." In addition, FLY Kimonos has been worn by entertainment mogul and Co-Founder of Interscope Records Ted Field who is also the Founder and CEO of Radar Pictures. FLY Kimono custom pieces will also be seen in the upcoming movie Tempted by Satan.
